NNPC Commends BOVAS and her MD

The former Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Dr. Maikanti Baru, in 2018, called on petroleum products marketers to stick to the N145 per litre approved pump price for petrol in order to make life easy for Nigerians.

The GMD gave this charge in Abuja while presenting a commendation letter to the Managing Director of BOVAS Group, Dr. Victoria A. Samson for consistently selling petrol at the approved price of N145 per litre.

Nigeria Oil and Gas COVID-19 Intervention

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Sunday, disclosed that the oil and gas industry coalition against the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, that it is spearheading, has donated medical consumables, equipment and an ambulance to the Kano State Government, to support the state’s fight against the pandemic.

In a statement in Abuja, the NNPC also stated that despite the supply chain constraints involved in simultaneous nationwide delivery and distribution of medical items at this period, the coalition was determined to extend the industry intervention to all states of the federation, with Abuja, Rivers and states in the South West having benefitted from the initiative.
