How should I submit a resume?

Submissions are done online. Whenever there is an opening or you intend to do your internship with us, the job portal will be made available for submissions.

How long should my resume be?

It’s absolutely fine to use more than one page. Be sure your summaries are precise, spot-on and relevant but ensure that your most important information are on the first page.

Should I list extracurricular and volunteer work?

Certainly, help us get to know you better by telling us a some few things about what you’re passionate about both at the workplace and when not at work.

How can I prepare for a job interview at BOVAS?

Should I share how I think?

We’re interested in more than just your answers. We want to know how your mind works, how you come up with solutions, and whether you can clearly explain your thinking process. Be prepared to verbalize how you came up with the answer or solution to a technical issue, design question, or problem-solving puzzle.

How much time will the interview take?

The duration and the number of people you will meet to interact with in the physical interview depends on the job you’re applying for. Typically, the board that will interview you may comprise between six to ten members and may last between 15 minutes to 1 hour.

How will my knowledge be tested?

Be prepared to demonstrate how you meet the requirements of the job description by sharing specific examples from your past, or ideas about how you would accomplish a specific task. For some of our openings you may be asked to write code, share a creative portfolio, or provide examples of your work in other ways.

What is the pre-employment process like?

The process is broken down thus:

First stage: Online application for verification and selection of preferred candidates.
Second stage: Assessment Tests and Screenings.
Third stage: Practical field test to assess certain factors.
Final stage: Offer of job.

What is the next step after submitting my application?

Our recruiters assess job applications and reach out to those who appear to be the best match for a position. If you’re not contacted for the job you applied for, your information will go into our recruiter’s shared candidate database, which means you may be contacted for other opportunities at a later date.
