This page contains some frequently asked questions about our Recruitment process. If the information you are looking for is not here, you can contact us for further enquiries.
We request applicants to apply for an advertised role through our Careers page or any relevant job site that we indicate.
We do not accept speculative CVs. Once there is an opening or some openings, we make a public announcement, which will include the mode of application.
Yes, we offer Internships or work experience opportunities. We are interested in hearing from enthusiastic people who have the right skills and experience to contribute to our work.
We don’t currently run any graduate schemes, but some of our roles are a perfect fit for those fresh out of university. Have a read through the job descriptions to find out more.
Our application process involves the following:
- Submission of your CV and Cover letter as indicated in the job description.
- Going through the stages of the interview process after being shortlisted.
We have a three-stage interview process which will incorporate competency based questions, exercises relevant to the role (i.e., presentation, written exercise, case study) and an oral interview.
Unfortunately due to the number of applications we receive for our roles, and to ensure fairness, we are unable to offer you the chance of speaking with the hiring team before you apply. If you have specific questions on the role, we encourage you to mention these in your supporting statement when applying. Should you be shortlisted for interview, you will have a chance to discuss your questions with the interview panel.

Any answers that you give in this section are separated from your application by our recruitment system and cannot be seen by members of the hiring panel.

You can apply online by using the “Apply Online” button provided for each job posting. BOVAS will confirm by email that we have received your application and give you an estimated timeline for finalising the application process.
Your application should be targeted at a specific open position at BOVAS and we expect you to meet the requirements of the position. We would like your CV and cover letter to explain the following:
- Your reason for applying for the open position.
- How your skills, knowledge and experience are relevant to the position you are applying for and how you can contribute to the success of BOVAS.
- A detailed overview of your career and your professional competences: your results and achievements, activities you have carried out and your areas of responsibility.
It’s best to keep your eye on our open roles and submit a new application for any roles you’re interested in.

We’d like to think our application process is straight forward. The main difficulty candidates face is forgetting to complete a mandatory field. All mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk (*) so please do check you have given an answer to all mandatory questions. When you have successfully submitted your application you will receive an automated confirmation email. If you haven’t received this message please check your spam/junk email folder.
You can amend your application at any time up until you submit it. You will not be able to amend your application after submitting it. We therefore recommend you double check your application before submitting it.
The recruitment process usually takes around 6 to 8 weeks. You will hear from us within 6 weeks.
Unfortunately, due to the number of applications we receive for our roles we are unable to offer feedback to candidates who have not been shortlisted/invited to interview.
You will have to go through our interview process and excel before a job offer is made.
Remember that the tests are only a part of the overall evaluation process. We do not make our decision purely based on the results of the tests, but rather on the overall impression we have of you.

Congratulations! When you start your new position at BOVAS, you will attend an on-boarding programme to learn more about BOVAS, our products and services. Moreover, each division/department usually holds its own introductory meetings combined with on-the-job training. It is crucial that you get the best possible start in your new career with us.
