Throughout his career, he has successfully led multidisciplinary teams across production, quality control, laboratory operations, and plant management functions, consistently delivering operational excellence, product quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. His expertise spans lubricant formulation and blending, production planning, inventory management, process optimization, waste reduction, preventive maintenance coordination, and regulatory compliance. Prior to his current role, he served as Deputy Plant Manager and Chemist Lead at BOVAS Lubricants Plant, where he played a key role in driving production efficiency, overseeing quality assurance systems, managing product development projects, and ensuring the delivery of cost-effective, specification-compliant lubricant products.

He also held leadership positions at Lubrisac Oil and Gas Limited and Grand Petroleum & Chemicals Limited, gaining extensive experience in laboratory management, quality systems implementation, production coordination, and HSE management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial chemistry from Delta State University, Abraka, and is certified in Occupational Health and Safety through the NEBOSH International General Certificate. His strong technical background, combined with strategic leadership and operational expertise, continues to drive the growth, efficiency, and sustainability of lubricant manufacturing operations.
