Arch. Bamidele O. Samson
Chairman
The Chairman, Architect Bamidele O. Samson, is a co-founder of BOVAS Group.  He studied in Nigeria and Europe and lectured briefly at the University of Ibadan and the Polytechnic, Ibadan, before joining Design Group, from where he retired to start the Bovasgroup.  He is an eminent Rotarian, a Justice of Peace and an Architectural Consultant of repute.
Experience
He is the current Chairman of The Ibadan Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
He has served as the District governor of the Rotary Club International.
He is on the board of various notable organisations.
He provided ideas and about the architectural designs of the company’s oil terminals.
He has ensured the effective operation of the Board such that the Board works as a group towards achieving the Company’s strategic objectives.
He has provided guidance to the MD/CEO and be available to him for regular communication.
He has ensured effective communication and relations with the Company’s shareholders and other stakeholders.
