Adebusuyi Rotowa, a seasoned professional with almost two decades experience in the oil & gas industry, brings a dynamic blend of technical expertise and strategic acumen to his role at Bovas & Company Limited. Starting his journey at Eterna PLC in 2009, he has progressively ascended through various roles within the manufacturing unit, culminating in his leadership of the Production and Technical Services department for lubricants.
A certified member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML), Adebusuyi’s technical proficiency is further enhanced by his MLA I certification and extensive training from renowned institutions like Lagos Business School, NORIA Corporation (USA), and STLE (Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers).

Currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Ibadan School of Business, Adebusuyi’s educational background is complemented by a mini Master of Business Administration (mMBA) Certificate from Tekedia Institute and a Professional Certificate of Competency in Mechanical Engineering from the Engineering Institute of Technology (EIT).

As the Lube Plant Manager at Bovas, Adebusuyi oversees the lubricants business portfolio, leveraging his expertise to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional results.
