Olabanji Adedayo, IPMA
Head, LPG & Station Sales
Olabanji brings a unique blend of cooperative economics and management expertise to his role at Bovas & Company Limited. A graduate of Federal Co-operative College, Ibadan, he is a qualified member of the Institutes of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (IPMA).

With experience as an LPG plant manager at Doyin Ogbohi Oil and Gas, Olabanji possesses a deep understanding of the LPG supply chain.

At Bovas, he plays a pivotal role in overseeing and monitoring the efficient delivery of LPG products to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. He also ensures the operations of all fuel service stations.
Experience
  • Manages the day-to-day operations of individual LPG grids, CNG points and fuel stations, including staffing, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Identifies and commissions new stations and distribution points.
  • Ensures optimum utilization of available parked trucks for distribution of loads.
  • Liaises with the Shipping & Logistics and Haulage units to improve faster loading and deliveries.
  • Ensures periodic maintenance of safety equipment consisting of fire engines, high-level alarms of pressure vessels, etc.
  • Meets requirements of OISD standards, ISO standards for Quality, Environment & Safety management systems.
  • Ensures compliance with safety regulations and standards for LPG, CNG and fuel handling
  • Ensures compliance with licensing and permit requirements.
  • Conducts regular safety inspections of stations, performance reviews and provides feedback to staff
  • Ensures excellent customer service and addressing customer complaints.
  • Daily monitoring of stock loss of Bulk LPG.
  • Ensures all gas skid projects are executed according to the company’s Quality Assured Plan within the the time period and within budget.
