Timothy Awojide is a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Information System Auditor, and a Certified Fraud Examiner, He holds a B.sc degree in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye and an MBA (Finance) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, and a certificate in a Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics from the University of Texas at Austin.

He had worked in the internal audit department of various organisations cutting across Microfinance bank, Mortgage bank and Commercial bank. He also had experience in external auditing in some reputable audit firms in Nigeria. Currently, he heads the internal audit department of Bovas & company Limited.
